The Tokyo Worldwide Movie Competition (TIFF) has introduced that Hungarian director Béla Tarr has gained the Lifetime Achievement Award on the upcoming thirty seventh Tokyo Worldwide Movie Competition.
Identified for his distinctive movie fashion, Tarr gained worldwide recognition with the 438-minute movie Satantango (1994), which gained him an award on the Berlin Movie Competition.
