    Olubunmi Familoni wins 2024 Nigerian Literature Award

    October 11orubunmifamiloni has been introduced because the winner of the 2024 Nigeria Literary Award for her kids’s e book No Finish of the Street. The Nigeria Literary Award is probably the most prestigious and largest literary award in Africa and one of the vital revered literary awards on the planet. Every year, the winner receives a complete prize of $100,000.

    Olubunmi Familoni has written performs, screenplays, quick tales and essays. His debut function, Dying Items, gained the ANA Quick Story Award in 2015; his debut novel, Each Single Day, was chosen by the British Council to be produced as a part of the Lagos Theater Competition; his kids’s e book, I Will Be for You Calling My Brother gained the 2020 ANA Kids’s Literature Award. ” and “Kikwetu Literary Journal” and different magazines.

    The winner of the 2024 Nigerian Literature Prize is Olubunmi Familoni for The Street to No Finish.

    Olubunmi joins 10 different authors on the longlist, together with Persistence Chiasso-Enemo For “father’s pleasure”, Akani Festers Olaniyi For “Bode’s Birthday Celebration”, Jumoke Verisimo In “Grandma and the Secret of the Moon”, Henry Akubro For “mighty mites and golden gems”, Temirorua Adesna For “Risi Recycle – Rubbish Bin Woman”, Olatunbosun Taufik For “Kids of Internally Displaced Individuals Camps”, Ayo Oyeku For “Magic Jarabiah”, Hyginus Equaz For “the third facet of the coin”, Anity Yuson for “Nation Boy,” and Pastor Mezurick Peter For “the one who makes a want”.
