Lee Mauras, a former Hempstead Excessive College wrestler at present competing at Clackamas Group Faculty, has died.
Moraes, of Freeport, was 22 when he was killed in a capturing in Portland, Oregon.
Lee was a wrestling star all through highschool, competing for Freeport Excessive College and Hempstead Excessive College. He’s a four-time Nassau County medalist/3-time finalist/back-to-back winner in 2019 (Freeport) and 2020 (Hempstead).
