TV big Fremantle has acquired world rights to coming-of-age indie drama Penelope from Duplass Brothers Productions (Any person Someplace, Room 104 》)
The eight-episode collection, created by Mark Duplass and Mel Essling, premiered on the 2024 Sundance Movie Pageant and can launch on Netflix within the US on September 24.
