Zac EfronThe pool incident started when he jumped into the water… going so deep he hit the underside of the pool and inhaled water into his lungs… TMZ has realized.
Sources near the scenario inform us Zak was swimming with mates in Ibiza early on Saturday morning when he determined to take a dive.
We’re advised that when Zack hit his chest on the underside of the pool whereas diving, he inhaled a considerable amount of water into his lungs… He confirmed indicators of misery and was helped out of the water by on-site safety.
Our sources say Zach felt dizzy on the time and was taken to the hospital as a precaution.

Throughout our journey to the hospital, we had been advised Zach had a chest X-ray to verify that the water in his lungs was gone. He was launched from the hospital inside hours however remained within the hospital as a result of there have been quite a few photographs on the market that confirmed he was there.
Zach since posted a photograph He began exercising the following day… and our sources say he resumed his regular schedule after returning to the villa from the hospital.
In reality, our sources say Zac went out to dinner in Ibiza on Sunday evening and returned to the U.S. right this moment… and he is again dwelling and wholesome.
Appears like he dodged a bullet!
