Ghanaian businessman Alex Kwaku Tetteh is suing Hopeson Adorye, looking for $1 million in damages.
In keeping with Tate, among the feedback Hopson made throughout a latest radio interview defamed him.
Adorye, the convenor of Citizen Eyes Ghana, filed the lawsuit after he made feedback throughout an interview with Okay Fm, during which he allegedly stated: “[Alex] “He drank Akpeteshie[a local gin]and smoked ‘wee’ cigarettes,” he stated, including that in his drunken state “he talked trash as if he was…”
Tate’s attorneys stated within the lawsuit: “Because of the publication of the above remarks, the plaintiff’s repute has been critically broken and has been plunged into public scandal, shame, disgust and contempt…”
He’s looking for $1 million in damages and for Mr. Adoye to retract articles revealed in outstanding media retailers within the nation.
